Built in 1929–30 at 14 Vesey Street for the New York County Lawyers' Association, founded in 1908, this Georgian Revival building was designed by Cass Gilbert to complement Trinity Church's St. Paul's Chapel across the street. It served as the Association's headquarters until 2020.

the style

Gilbert worked in the English Georgian style here, a deliberate choice meant to harmonize with the historic St. Paul's Chapel facing it.
