The Title Guarantee and Trust Company Building is an Art Deco high-rise on Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles, built in 1930 on the former site of the California Club. It was designed by the Parkinson firm, also responsible for Los Angeles City Hall and Bullocks Wilshire, and originally housed offices before later being converted into residential lofts.
