The Mullett Rowhouses are three speculative luxury townhouses at 2517, 2519, and 2525 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, designed by Alfred B. Mullett and completed in 1889 in the Queen Anne style. Mullett, a prominent Washington architect responsible for the State, War, and Navy Building, was said to have taken his own life over financial difficulties tied to this project.
