Colonial House is a seven-story apartment building south of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, built in 1930 to a French colonial design by architect Leland A. Bryant on an 80-by-190-foot lot. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since April 15, 1982.

the style

Bryant designed Colonial House in a French colonial idiom, an unusual choice to carry across a seven-story apartment building of this era in West Hollywood.
